在大地酒店的【小小水英雄】課程中，由專業教練帶你認識掌握「#水中自救能力」的重要性──這是能陪伴一生的重要技能。課程於大地酒店泳池活水區進行，強化孩子的水域安全意識與自救反應，更是對自己的保護力。

•活動場次：7月起每週五16:00-17:30 (共4天：7/4,7/11,7/18,7/25)
•活動地點：泳池活水區 戶外泳池
•課程時長：為維護教學品質與最佳活動體驗，每場次至多可容納10位房客
•提醒事項：
(1) 敬請預約賓客於活動開始前10分鐘抵達泳池活水區

：為確保孩童安全與學習效益，本課程限6歲以上兒童參與。
「活動前需要做什麼準備？」

：需穿著泳衣、泳褲並佩戴泳帽方得使用
「如果遇到下雨怎麼辦？有備案場地嗎？」

：若遇小雨課程將照常於原定地點舉行；遇大雷雨、颱風等不穩定天氣，課程將由休閒部調整為室內手作課程。

“Little Aqua Man”at  Gaia

Led by professional instructors, Little Aqua Man introduces guests to one of life's most essential skills — water self-rescue. Designed to build confidence and safety awareness in aquatic environments, this 90-minute session takes place in our outdoor Lohas Area,  offering both practical knowledge and empowering experiences that stay with them for life.

Programme Details
• Schedule：Every Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, starting in July (Sessions held on July 4, 11, 18, and 25)
• Location： Lohas Area
• Class Duration & Capacity：Each session lasts 90 minutes and is limited to 10 guests to ensure personalised guidance and an optimal learning experience.

 A: For safety and effectiveness, the programme is open to children aged 6 and above.

 A: Proper swimwear and a swim cap are required for pool entry.

 A: Sessions will proceed as scheduled in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or typhoons, an indoor crafting workshop will be offered as a backup.
