- For safety reasons, the public hot spring is not available to children under 12; the gym is not available to children under 16.
- To maintain the quality of the public hot spring, guests using the facility during peak hours (daily 7:30–9:30 PM and before 12:00 noon) are requested to make an advance reservation with the Leisure and Wellness Department.
- Children's Breakfast Rates: Under 6 years free of charge; 6 to under 12 years NT$680 + 10% service charge; 12 years and above charged at the adult rate.
