Originating from The Gaia Hotel Taipei, Qiyan ONE brought its celebrated Sichuan and Hunan cuisine to the 2nd floor of TM Midtown at Taipei Marriott Hotel in 2017. Led by Chef Tsai Chen-Jung, the team reinterprets the rich traditions of Sichuan and Hunan cooking through a modern culinary aesthetic. As with the Beitou location, the restaurant insists on the use of house-blended spices for authentic seasoning and incorporates fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Taiwanese small farmers, earning wide recognition for its signature dishes throughout the Dazhi area.
