The Art of Dining European Elegance with Sophistication and Taste.
Blending locally sourced ingredients with refined culinary craftsmanship, Piacere captures the essence of Italian and French flavors. Serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, the restaurant offers a full-day dining experience that satisfies every palate—from timeless classics to delicate French desserts. Its most celebrated offering, the afternoon tea, is personally curated by Chef Lee Chien-Ching, acclaimed as the “Dessert Magician.” Each sweet and savory delicacy is infused with creativity and seasonal inspiration, with every bite delivering a delightful surprise!
The restaurant’s refined, elegant, and graceful character is expressed throughout its interior, with a design inspired by books, butterflies, and flowing movement that together create The Gaia’s signature visual aesthetic. In the two exclusive private dining rooms, artist Huang To-Wei draws upon Taiwan’s traditional cut-and-paste decorative craft, using glass plaster to meticulously cut and inlay 128 native Taiwanese butterfly species, inviting guests to experience the living spirit of The Gaia Hotel Taipei the moment they enter.
In this art-filled, romantic, and elegant space, whether gathering with close friends or enjoying a romantic date, Piacere is the perfect destination to savor every moment.
