"Birthday Fun" Accommodation Package
Package Price: Starts from NT$9,888 per night for a Qiyan Room on weekdays (tax included).
Package Details:
1. Includes daily breakfast for two and two welcome drinks, redeemable at the French-Italian Restaurant before 10:00 PM.
2. Complimentary afternoon tea for two at the French-Italian Restaurant (original value: NT$1,580 + 10%).
3. One complimentary bottle of sparkling wine (original value: NT$1,200 + 10%).
4. One complimentary 4-inch birthday cake. Please provide the birthday guest's name, gender, and date of birth.
5. Enjoy a free room upgrade from a Qiyan Room to a Fenglin Room for stays within your birthday week (valid ID required). This offer is limited to one per day. If a room upgrade is not available on your check-in date, you will receive a complimentary bottle of red wine instead.
o For example, if your birthday is October 3rd, you can receive a one-level room upgrade (excluding the Danfeng and Gaia Suites) for a booking made from seven days before to seven days after your birthday.
6. Each room will receive a NT$500 Gaia SPA voucher, valid for treatments of 90 minutes or longer.
7. This is the weekday rate. An additional surcharge of NT$2,000 per room applies for stays on Saturdays and during public holidays.
8. If two birthday guests stay in the same room, only the birthday cake will be doubled. The room upgrade and sparkling wine are limited to one per room.
9. For a third guest in the room:
o Children under 6 stay for free without an extra bed.
o Children aged 6-11 who do not require an extra bed will be charged an extra NT$680 per person for breakfast.
o Adults (including children aged 12 and over) will be charged an extra NT$1,800 per person (includes breakfast and facility usage, no extra bed).
10. The Qiyan Room does not offer an extra bed service.
11. Each room receives a discount voucher for 15% off the standard rate of a 90-minute private hot spring room for two. This is valid all year on weekdays and weekends for hot spring use only (no dining). It is not valid on special dates as announced on The Gaia Hotel's official website.
12. This offer cannot be combined with any credit card promotions.
